Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every item is printed specifically for you at the time of your order. We do not hold inventory, and returned items cannot be restocked.
Please review your size carefully before ordering. Our size guide is available on every product page.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email hello@theatlaswear.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue
If the claim is approved, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the original item.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)
- Change of mind
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong Address
If an order is returned to our fulfilment centre due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We are not able to refund orders lost due to address errors.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. After that window, cancellations are not possible as your item is already being made.
